This hack enables Noob Saibot on the player side so that he can be used in actual kombat. There are two methods of access, a normal way that's 2-Player only and a sneakier method that has no restrictions on what mode you can use Noob. This is also the first patch I've ever released to include an anti-patch so that you can remove the hack if necessary. Assembly notes are included for the curious.

This has only been tested on the GoodSNES-verified ROM dump of the US version (the one whose ROM name is Mortal Kombat 3 R2.1). I don't know if the hack is compatible with other versions.
